Salon Mizu is a locally owned and operated business in Newport News, VA. Salon Mizu opened its doors on January 8th, 2008 and have been accepting new clients since.

It is our mission at Salon Mizu to provide our clients with the highest degree of customer service in a professional and tranquil setting. We are committed to continually improving ourselves in the areas of education in our skill, both within the salon setting and in the external professional beauty community. In order to provide our clients with the utmost positive salon experience, we will dedicate ourselves to consistency in the quality of our services as well as our customer service.

For your visit, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.  This will allow enough time to update your personal information form, consultation and change into spa/salon attire if needed.  Arriving late for any service  may require us to shorten the length or possibly rebook your appointment for another date and time.   For the safety of your child, we ask that children not be allowed in the hairstyling area  unless they are receiving services.  Our guests expect a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.  Cancellation of services must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
